Construction Quality Manager

Construction Quality Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester\n Rate: £300 per day (Umbrella)\n Contract: Inside IR35\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Manager to support the delivery of residential apartment and housing developments across the region. This role will be responsible for ensuring all construction works are completed to the highest quality standards, in line with drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee on-site quality throughout all stages of construction.\nEnsure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.\nMonitor build quality across substructure and superstructure works.\nCoordinate inspections, testing, and defect management.\nManage contractor and stakeholder relationships.\nPromote Health & Safety and quality best practice across sites.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong residential construction experience within apartment and house building projects.\nExcellent knowledge of construction sequencing, materials, and quality processes.\nExperience working on complex construction programmes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDegree qualified in a construction-related discipline.\nChartered or working towards chartered status preferred.We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
