TRANSPORT PLANNING TEAM LEADER

My client a national logistics business is looking to source a Transport Planning Team Leader to co-ordinate the day to day activities of a busy 3PL transport office. Providing logistical solutions to major blue chip retailers, my client is looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow and succeed with this forward thinking business. Reporting to the shift manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the fleet and maintaining excellent customer service levels.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
A sound planning background preferably from a 3PL environments. You must be a good leader and experienced at getting the best out of you team whilst working in a high pressure environment.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Ideally experience from a logistics retail environment.
