Property Manager
Location: : Birmingham - Birmingham
Rate: £ 35 to £ 45 K (full-time (per year)) + competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a very high profile property company.
My prestigious client is a leading multi disciplinary practice based in Birmingham. They have a large property management department and are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager.
It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience in a similar position, are MRICS qualified and have extensive experience of dealing with commercial leases, rent reviews and general property management. You must also have excellent communication skills and be IT literate.
The position has become available due to extensive growth of clients business and represents an excellent career move for the right person.

It is imperative that you have experience in Estate Management gained in retail or a similar large unit sector, you will possess excellent people management skills and be confident whilst dealing with clients, tenants and contractors from all sectors.
